VERNISSAGE FASHIONART. BY MONIQUE COLLIGNON

Fashion designer Monique Collignon developed a 'bubbling' idea during the Corona lockdown, and asked dear relations, photographers and make-up artists to create a new connection with each other and with her work.
That idea culminated in an extensive project in which more than 60 creatives worked on the spectacular FashionArt• collection, now exhibited at Island Gallery!

A voluptuous, Viennese setting by photographer Govert de Roos and make-up artist Nadia Veenhof, where actress Caroline de Bruijn seems to have come straight from the State Opera. Or Micky Hoogendijk, who took Victoria Koblenko out of her comfort zone with 'noble nudity'. And what about singer Hind, who was portrayed by Michael Graste - wearing a bright green dress by Monique - as a powerfully emerged butterfly. Humberto Tan, Patricia Steur and Pia Douwes also contributed. Just like Quinty Trustfull, Paulien Huizinga, Tanja Jess and William Rutten, just to mention a few big names.

Sunday, November 12

On Sunday, November 12, Island Gallery and Monique welcomed friends & relatives to the Vernissage. Of course, all supported with drinks & bites from the house. We always combine business with pleasure:- )
